🧑‍🏫 About Coach Alexandru

Ambitious and dedicated, Alexandru sees basketball as a school of life – a place where both he and his athletes continuously grow. As a coach, he aims for more than just athletic performance: he wants to build character, develop confidence, and create an environment where every child has the courage to make mistakes, learn, and grow. Alongside the Laguna Sharks since 2024, Alexandru is a constant support for his teams, providing them with motivation, discipline, and support.

"For me, basketball is more than a sport – it is a school of life. It is where my personal ambition meets my sincere desire to help children develop, not only as players, but also as people. Being an ambitious person, I always seek to give my best and inspire those around me to do the same. As a coach, I want every training session to be a lesson in discipline, collaboration and trust."

💬 Motto: "Work beats talent, when talent doesn't work hard enough."
