Radu is one of the pillars of the Laguna Sharks club, with extensive experience both as a player in the first league and as a coach. He debuted in performance basketball in the 2000s, playing in the National League for teams such as Dinamo, Otopeni, Steaua or Sportul Studențesc, and since 2008 he has been actively involved in the development of generations of athletes within the Laguna club.
He was constantly present at international clinics and training camps, always being connected to the latest methods in European basketball.
