🧑‍🏫 About Coach Cristian

Cristian Dinică is a young coach, but with a solid track record both as a player and as a trainer of new generations. He grew up in the Laguna Sharks family and went through all stages of sports development, from mini, to national medals at U14, U18 and U20. He played for important clubs in Bucharest, and now, as a coach, he passes on what he learned on the field. He coordinates the girls' groups within the club with patience and dedication and is the kind of coach who increases the children's confidence step by step - with a lot of work, but also with soul.

"For me, basketball is more than a sport – it is a way of life that has shaped my character and values. Over the years spent on the court, I have learned that basketball is about discipline – a discipline present both in and out of the game, which shapes you step by step, as an athlete and as a person. Now, as a coach, I have the honor and responsibility to guide and inspire young people, not only to become better players, but also better people."
